Sergiy Beloy holds honors Master of Science degree in Information Management (University of East London, UK), as well as Master's Engineer-Electrician degree (Kiev Engineering Institute, Ukraine).
His main interest is programming for the Internet (in particularly, in Java and JavaScript), information & database engineering, object-oriented approaches in IT.
Sergiy started his professional career as design engineer and programmer in the Technological Scientific Industrial Concern in Kiev. Then he worked as information systems engineer in the Ministry of State Resources of Ukraine. During six years Sergiy Beloy had been working for the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine as Main Specialist in IT department. Currently he is an IT Consultant.
